The corporate opportunities available in the Fun Cup endurance series add to its unique qualities and truly set it apart from any other motor racing series in the UK. The series allows your Company to hire a Fun Cup race car and to compete in an actual race, or races throughout the season. Absolutely nothing comes close to the adrenaline rush you or your customers/staff will experience from taking part in one of the races.

The car can be used by your company, to offer drives, as a means of rewarding valued customers. It is a proven method to increase business and customer relations. Drives in your own Fun Cup car can also be offered as an incentive to your staff, in order to promote business opportunities and to encourage team building.

At Fun Cup UK, we would arrange for your valued customers and staff to be put through their competition driving test, which takes one day and they will then walk away with a National B Competition Race Licence, which would entitle them to race in any motor racing series in Europe.

What you get!

JPR Motorsport Ltd will provide your Company with a race car for a weekend, or even a season. Adding to this, your car can be emblazoned with your company logo, thus providing you with coverage on Sky Sports “Race World” programme and Motors TV.

This is the perfect opportunity to reward hard working staff, or loyal customers. Special hospitality can be arranged to look after guests and even the “big boss!”. Our meticulous planning will ensure you enjoy a hassle free weekend with our hospitality awning providing soft drinks, tea, coffee and even beer and wine. A team of mechanics will also be provided to look after your car and drivers.

Prior to race day, the team will have the opportunity to test the car and there will be an hour of qualifying on race day. Whether your company is taking part in one race, or the entire season, races are normally between 3 and 6 hours in duration. What's more, a DVD of the television coverage of their race will be provided.

Teams

You will need between 2-6 drivers for UK events and up to 8 for the Spa 25 hour race. We can arrange a trackday for your team to gain their National B Race Licence and then they will be ready to race. Even if each member of the team is a novice, they can still enjoy their weekend’s racing and gain excellent results, whilst safe in the knowledge that all cars are constructed to the highest requirements in safety standards. We can also, if required, provide you with an experienced driver to offer you tips and advice, to maximise your enjoyment.

Corporate Teams and Corporate Track Days

During 2008, Team Norsound was formed as a Fun Cup team and they fully maximised the brilliant corporate aspect of motor racing that the series has to offer.

JPR Motorsport rental car 101 was hired by Dan Jones, Alex Ashby and Lance Robson for the entire season and they were lucky enough to be provided with full backing from the Company, for which Dan works. This forward thinking Company, Norsound, is an acoustic door seal specialist, whose car was emblazoned with Norsound decals and the Company’s Managing Director was interviewed for the Motor’s TV coverage and “Raceworld” on more than one occasion. The interviews, combined with the car’s decals and Norsound team wear etc, all raised the Company’s profile massively.

Adding to this, JPR Motorsport Ltd arrange several corporate Track days for Team Norsound. The beauty of a track day is that no race licence is required, you simply need an ordinary driving licence.

Norsound invite many of their important business clients to the track days and they spend the day in the Norsound and other JPR Motorsport rental cars, driving around the tracks where the Fun Cup series regularly competes! What better way to build a relationship with clients and forge a strong bond?

Clients are also given expert tips and advice about their driving and important safety aspects from circuit staff, as well as Fun Cup drivers who attend the corporate days.

Tea, coffee and juice is provided for the event and the circuit can even allocate a special room for you and your staff to have lunch together. On top of this, you and your staff can even be driven round the track in one of our Fun Cup twin-seater cars, by experienced Fun Cup racers, who will provide you with advice and tips about racing-lines and braking points, as well as making sure you have masses of fun!.
